Legislative Orientation of Chinese Regulation of Transnational Corporations' Corruption in China

With the acceleration of China's opening-up, number and scale multinational corporations' investment projects in China are constantly increasing. However, order to obtain greater benefits Chinese market, some corporations choose seek illegitimate commercial interests through bribery. The increasing corruption cases transnational have bad influences on economic development, business environment international reputation. there still many deficiencies legal system regulate corporations. This paper will study legislation corporations’ China, put forward more effective suggestions for legislation. analyze current anti-corruption against other countries, use method comparison case find laws. Through analysis, it is concluded that should formulate a special Anti-commercial Bribery Law improve relevant fields.
